Domestic violence comes in many many forms. It includes the most common, physical abuse, but it shows up as emotional abuse, financial abuse, religious abuse, and gaslighting. We are here to help you identify the behaviors and help you decide your next step. We will discuss: safety, improving self-esteem, identifying past trauma, minimizing co-dependency and replacing “red flag” relationships with “green flag” relationships”. This will be a safe space and a closed group meaning that your journey will be with one group of people until completion. We will have two meeting groups: 1:00pm and 7:00pm.
